Create Australia: A Breathing Exercise Helps Our Refund Consultants Stay Focused At Work

Create Australia, says that a lot of people struggle to relax, having a tough time doing nothing or just chilling out…And how can that be very difficult on them??

Actually, it is because based on studies relaxation is as much of a training as working out. In the way we live today and with all the demands on us both on personal and at work, the last thing on our daily to-do list will be ” relaxation..”

Yet, the relaxation we need is not just sleep, not watching TV and not surfing our phone, but the discipline to really take deep breathing exercise.

Create Australia really wants to share this very effective success business routine. It can help business entrepreneurs to stay focused at work, maximise productivity and contributes to overall growth as well…

Myriam Borg “The Create Australia Founder” continuously educates her tribe to prioritizing this breathing relaxation into your day to day activity- in order to transform their capacity , increasing the clarity of thoughts, allow you to make better choices and rejuvenate not only the mind but also the body. And another thing, do you have any idea when is the best time to do this??

Create Australia staff swear-by sing this technique- a perfect time for this is before going to bed as it will improves the quality of your sleep and it only takes at least 5-10 mins. Here’s the 5 steps quick breathing guide to follow:

Step 1:
Let’s start by closing our eyes. Open the palms of your hands up and allow the legs to relax naturally like an open book. Feel your spine long and your back wide.
Step 2:
Explore inner your body in search of places you may be holding stress and for many people this is on their lower back or chest/ shoulders/ neck area. Otherwise, could also be where you have an old injury. Discover new things about your body and signal these areas to release.
Steps 3:
Concentrate on your breath, how ones takes the natural ebb and flow cycle for granted. When you inhale, fill all the tiny air sacks that haven’t been filled in a while and exhale any old residual air that’s been hanging around the lungs for too long.
Step 4:
Breathe in positive energy and exhale negativity, any worries/ stresses and thoughts that are bugging you. All these negative thoughts are most probably completely unnecessary, as most things are out of our control.
Step 5:
Upon reaching at this point, there is only one thing to do- “let go”… enjoy the moment and stay still and relaxed in complete peace and serenity as you float away for a little while.

Hope you’ll start finding your relaxing moments amongst those long busy days.. And Feel the best in you.
